Sport is a must for health. We all know that. But which sports to do, and how to do them? These are very important questions! If you do not have a long personal sport history, or if you start only with a friend’s recommendation or according to your own ideas; you must realize that you will get harmed, rather than getting any benefits. Sports such as football, basketball, tennis, volleyball are heavy sports; and after a certain age, they only work for elite athletes. Do not force yourself too much…

Although swimming is said to be the healthiest sport, if you cannot swim properly; that is, if you have not got a proper swimming training in the past, it will at the very least damage your neck. Or never forget that a sports coach in any gym, whose education is unclear, can force you until you get hurt.
